By clicking SUBMIT FORM, the change will be logged with a date of the request and automatically sent to Terrie Hill to make changes to your family statement  and Lisa Lentz to make changes to the roster.

DROP/ADD POLICY -

- Billings for class fees (for the year) will be emailed no later than June 1st. If a student schedule was submitted at registration, changes may be made to the schedule, via completion of a Class Drop/Add form, without penalty through

July 1st.

- Classes Dropped:

o Drop Period - Fees for classes dropped from July 1st through August 28th (via a Class Drop/ Add form) will be removed from billing or refunded in full. However, a drop fee ($50/ class) will be assessed for any class dropped during that time, unless the fee is waived in writing by a Board member. (For second semester classes, the drop period ends with the first week of classes.)

o After Drop Period – No refunds or discounts for class fees unless another arrangement is agreed to in writing by the Board.

Classes Added: Classes may be added without penalty through the first week of classes. (Including the first week of the spring semester for semester classes.) Class Drop/ Add form must be submitted within Add Period.
